The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Agency will be begin enforcing new laws
in February of 2010 which will have a serious impact on manufacturers of children's products
(Click here for more info on CPSIA).
In short, we will have to pull the distribution of all of our products, with the
exception of the French Blue Full Size Quiet Quilt in order to complete product component testing.
We make this decision with a heavy heart, but the possible risk of fines and penalties for our
business is too great to bear.
